The Federal Defenders of Eastern Washington and Idaho is a Community Defender Organization that was established in 1992.  We are committed to the zealous representation of persons accused of crimes in Federal Court in Eastern Washington and Northern and Central Idaho.  We have offices in  Spokane and Yakima.  Our Spokane Office services Northern Idaho.  Our offices provide representation for financially qualified individuals in a wide variety of federal offenses.  

 

Our offices also provide support and training for lawyers who are members of the Criminal Justice Act (CJA) panel.  This web site was designed to provide easy access to information for CJA counsel, and for our clients, their families, and friends.
